How do I pay for Smart Body Medical services and medications?
You will place a credit card on file with us and we will use that credit card for your physician visits using teleconferencing, for bloodwork, and medications from our compounding pharmacies. We have negotiated significant discounts with these providers given our large buying power and we pass those savings along to you, the Smart Body Medical patient. We will never run your card without your permission. Refills are easily done this way.
How long before I receive my medicine once ordered?
Smart Body Medical purposefully selects world-class pharmacy operations that have the capacity can turn around compounded medicine in 3-5 days, then another 1-3 days to your home, depending on where you live. It is always trackable via UPS and you will know exactly where your medicine is at all times.
Do you take insurance?
At the present time, we are only cash pay and accept all major credit cards.
Do you offer these monthly membership plans I am seeing as I research everyone?
Smart Body Medical does not offer membership plans. Rather, we offer a concierge-style offering and you only pay for what you need. We have a cost-plus style of pricing, so when we get discounts from our vendors, we pass those along to you, our patients.
How can I get help when I need it?
You call us and our Care team at corporate helps you with dosing, injecting, supplies, titration, shipping, and all other matters.
What if I am afraid of needles and injecting myself?
While individuals often become less afraid of needles by the time they are adults, some studies suggest that up to 10% of the total population experiences trypanophobia. Make sure you tell us that, as almost all of our treatment solutions have creams, pills, gummies, patches, and other alternatives to injecting. While injecting is preferred, as the medicine gets into your body/bloodstream instantly, these other alternatives work wonderfully also.
What is the process to become a patient and get medication?
- See our leads on social media or hear about it from a friend or relative
- Reach out to us and book a teleconference call
- Get your medical history to us and dump it into our secure Electronic Medical Records
- Get your recent blood work to us, or if your Smart Body Medical physician insists, donate blood for us. We have the panels and can set that up for you
- Get us a few other documents and a credit card on file
- Have the teleconference call with our certified personnel ( Zoom, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams, etc)
- Medicine will be ordered, credit card will be charged
- Medicine will appear at your doorstep in short order
- Begin dosing as directed
