Deanna Salguero

Deanna Salguero MSN, APRN, ACNPC-AG

Deanna has been taking care of patients for over 15 years. After completing graduate nursing studies in leadership and management from Western Governors University, she focused on quality and performance improvement of care delivery. Feeling like she was too far away from patients to truly engage in that same improved quality care, she returned for her post-graduate, graduating with honors in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nursing from Graceland University.

After many years of providing care to critically ill patients in intensive care, she reached a pivotal moment in her career whereby she found that traditional medicine not only struggled to meet the needs of many of her patients but also did not focus enough on integrative and preventative medicine. So many people were not properly educated regarding their bodies and options that are available during the aging process.

To better address these needs and fuel her passion for additional knowledge, she began to focus her practice and professional development into incorporating bio identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), obesity medicine, peptides, sexual dysfunction therapies, and health promoting lifestyle modifications.

“We are individual and our bodies are sophisticated pieces of machinery, there should be no such thing as a one size fits all approach.” It is her belief that true health begins with a positive state of mind combined with a body, that one feels is balanced and beautiful.

Helping my patients to achieve that balance, is my personal goal for every consultation!
